The SEBL and Baseline Sports Management will host the Winter Pro-Am Cup Dec. 29-30 in Cartersville. Six team tournament held at the famed JH Morgan Gym on Aubrey Street, aka the "Bottom Gym."
Cost is $125/team and each team is gauranteed at least two games. Confirmed teams to this point are...
1. Baseline Warriors
2. Marietta Outlaw
3. Macon Gwizzlies (Team Macon)
Other possibilities are... Jonesboro South, Atlanta Speedboys, ServPro of Rome and the Mac-town Ballers.
Teams fees are due by Monday, December 24th. The first six teams to submit fees will be accepted for play. Money orders may be mailed to the address below...
Rules will be as follows... two 20-minute halves, stopping clock on all shooting fouls, under 30 sec. of 1st half, and under 2-minutes of 2nd half. 2-min OT periods. Six fouls allowed, but NCAA rules apply. All team must have full uniforms, meaning matching tops and shorts. If not, a technical will assessed prior to each contest for each participating player in violation. So, basically, If you have 10 different styles of shorts, then you could start a game off down by 20! Get them matched up, so we can have a professional style tournament!
Results from this tournament will be reported to local media outlets, as well as, the most important Pro Basketball Industry websites in the world, including usbasket.com, eurobasket.com, hoopsworld.com, proexposure.com, etc... not to mention posted on our own websites.
